Оплата Частями от Приватбанка - ЗАКРЫТА

Да Вам не показалось. Приватбанк закрыл самую популярную рассрочку, а именно  - Оплата Частями. Деньги в периоде. Стандарт (Для продавцов, покупатели заметят это позже, когда магазины пересчитают и добавят процент для тех кто привык брать рассрочки от 6 месяцев).

На сайте информацию еще не обновили.

При этом не уведомил своих клиентов. В один прекрасный день пользователи при оформлении рассрочки получили сообщение : Array ( [state] => FAIL [message] => bad value: merchantType. Selected merchant type has been deactivated by the administrator. Contact the bank for more details. ) 

 

Вот Вам классическое отношение к клиентам. Без уведомления. И еще раз доказывает истину, что никогда не играйте с государством в лотерею. Правила меняются на этапе покупки лотерейного билета, в момент когда вы выиграли и в момент когда пришли получать выигрыш.

На данный момент ПриватБанком поддерживаются:

Оплата частями и Мгновенная рассрочка

Деньги в периоде и Мгновенная рассрочка. Акционная, Больше не поддерживаются - требования законодательства

Прямого распоряжения нет. Проблема во всей законодательной базе. 

По всем кредитам ПриватБанка должно быть начисление пени и штрафов, в случае невыполнения обязательств заемщиком.

По кредитам, которые описаны ранее начисление пени и штрафов очень затруднительно, т.к. по данным видам кредит  разделен между покупателем и продавцом (тело и\или проценты ) , т.о. ответственность за невыполнение обязательств тоже должна разделяться.

 

Поэтому возникают коллизии и неоднозначность принятия решений в судах, что ведет к убыткам Банка.

Приносим извинения за неудобства, но из-за множества факторов вынуждены отключить эти схемы из доступных.

 

Вот и все что Вам надо знать про Приватбанк и про Государство (которое так норовит стать Родиной).
